Appointment Scheduling

- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your appointment if paperwork needs to be completed.
- If you are running late, please contact our office as soon as possible.
- Late arrival may require rescheduling to ensure proper treatment time for all patients.
Appointment reminders may be sent by phone, text, or email as a courtesy. However, patients remain responsible for keeping their scheduled appointments.
Cancellation & Missed Appointments
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made without proper notice may be subject to a missed appointment fee.
- Repeated missed appointments may result in limited scheduling availability.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.
